Carved plaster arches and cedar balconies around the riad courtyard

Riad & travel house · Marrakech medina

A quiet sky
above the medina.

Dar Sora · since 1890

Four rooms, one fountain, and the sound of the medina fading away.

Behind a cedar door two minutes from Dar el Bacha, a nineteenth-century family house has been restored by local artisans: zellige by hand, plaster carved in place, gardens planted with bitter orange and jasmine.
